    Description
    IT Project Coordinator (1 year contract)
    Bishops Stortford
    Salary up to £30000pa
    Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.00pm

    Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Project management team in the development of Project activities, such as Project schedules and Project plans.
    • Organising and facilitating all Project activities including booking travel and stay.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
    • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
    • Execute Project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices and purchase orders, among other financial documents.
    • Supervise the Project procurement process.
    • Coordinate the allocation of Project resources to ensure the Project team has what's needed at the right time.
    • Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what's expected from them in terms of Project milestones and deliverables.
    • Be the liaison between the Project team and Project clients throughout the project life cycle.
    • Help Project management team monitor Project progress and provide updates to Project stakeholders.
    Skills & Attributes Required

    • Thorough and clear in all communication skills: verbal, written, visual, and nonverbal.
    • Able to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail and quality.
    • Skilled in solving problems fast and effectively.
    • Must be highly organized and able to multitask with good time management.
    • Highly proficient in using Excel spreadsheets, making ppt presentations.
    • Able to lead and motivate teams to achieve Project goals.
    • Must be detail-oriented and able to spot errors or inconsistencies in Project documents.
    • Must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure
