My clients are looking for primary sales support to both the internal and external sales team members. The role is based in their Norwich office with the potential for development within the company.
The right applicant needs to have previous office experience and a good knowledge of Microsoft applications. You will be a team player with a good attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure to cover an ever changing workload. You will provide a first class service to all staff, and to all clients & introducer's
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To be the first point of contact for day to day customer queries mainly via phone and e mail.
RESPONSIBLE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS INCLUDING
Lease path CRM system management, process flow etc
Running AML , Experian, HPI, CAP, Land Registry searches.
Requesting invoices and preparing documents
Sending documents to dealers / customers
Prepare commission invoices / sage system
Month end balancing of stock book / forecast
Take ownership of customer queries
