- Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance against budget and forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide financial analysis and decision support to senior management, including ad-hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with year-end financial audit and statutory reporting requirements.
