    Mason Frank are proud to partner with global systems integrator who are looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant to join their established and highly respected Salesforce practice.

    Responsibilities

    As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for their diverse clientele. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, assess their technical requirements, and develop tailored Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. With your expertise in Salesforce Development & configuration, customization, and integration, you will guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to post-implementation support.

    • Design and implement Salesforce configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet client needs.
    • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems to optimize functionality and streamline business processes.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce solutions, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
    • Stay current on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our service offerings

    Experience required

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) preferred.
    • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
    • Proven experience in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning components.
    • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform and Lightning Web Components is highly desirable.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
