    What You'll Do

    The Head of Sales is responsible for leading a global sales team of 8, split across the UK, US and APAC.

    The position is very hands-on and will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and retaining a loyal client base. The successful candidate will have a client centric approach; delivering services, solutions and strategies that represent value for our clients. They are a key part of the Front Office team and as such will be expected to work in line with the company's strategy as well as contributing fresh strategic ideas that can benefit the business.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Generating business from existing and new clients and taking responsibility for achieving a level of revenue growth for your portfolio.
    • Building long term, mutually beneficial, proactive and service led relationship for all clients.
    • Acting as the single point of contact for clients post-implementation and working collaboratively across all functions to champion the client and drive outcomes.
    • Collecting product feedback from clients and sharing with the Product team.
    • Leading and working collaboratively with the rest of the team.
    • Consistently uphold the company culture, core values and principles with a risk and compliance mindset.
    • Representing the business at external events.

    What You'll Need

    • Extensive sales experience within a SaaS trading system / FinTech business.
    • Understanding of financial markets and trading as well as experience working in the Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset markets.
    • Experience leading a team effectively to successfully divert revenue growth.
    • Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation.
    • To be an accountable individual that is willing to take a wide range of responsibility across several different areas within the company.
    • To be able to understand, embrace, and add to the culture.
    • Act as an ambassador for the business and its business model.
    • To be personable and has the skills to build rapport and establish personal relationships.
