SEO Executive

The Lounge team is growing We are looking for an SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team who can join us on this exciting journey and hit the ground running.

We are on a journey to marketing excellence, combining data-driven decisions, a fantastic brand, autonomous teams and a passion for all things digital to take us to the next phase of our mission to empower women worldwide.

As an SEO Executive, you will work closely with our Head of SEO to help drive forward organic growth at Lounge.

You will be expected to support the overarching SEO strategy, putting forward suggestions and solutions to align with overall the business goals and objectives - keeping organic growth and brand at the heart of everything we do.

As a growing brand we need to out-innovate our competition.

Within your role as an SEO Executive, you will be expected to stay on top of industry trends and algorithm updates, ensuring we are always looking for creative and innovative ways to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the latest advancements in Google's guidelines.

What you will do at Lounge:

Help to identify clear and actionable steps that will support the wider SEO team in achieving their goals.
Be able to complete Content SEO audits and make recommendations on next steps; from new collection suggestions to supporting wider brand campaigns.
Complete thorough keyword research for all territories
Complete Technical SEO audits and make clear recommendations on next steps.
Report on changes frequently, translating the effect individual optimisations have had on SEO as a channel.
Continually ensure that Lounge's websites are healthy and in line with SEO best practices.
Build strong and lasting relationships with the Digital Marketing, Engineering and wider Lounge teams delivering valuable SEO insights and trend & keyword data.
Showcase critical thinking with the ability to think beyond the realms of your specific channel to understand what's best for the business and digital marketing.
Support the Head of SEO in delivering the blog strategy, managing this process end to end.
Have a datadriven mindset and fuel this into decisionmaking and overall strategy.
Have a creative approach, ensuring every touchpoint with the customer stands out from the competition and engages our audience.
Have excellent QA Standards ensuring Lounge standards of excellence are always achieved.
