We are conscious that business schools are experiencing disruption in how research is undertaken and disseminated, how education is delivered and what is expected by business and society from a business school.


Responsibilities:


The Examinations Officer will work across the programme, as part of a team of post graduate examinations officers, but take direct responsibility for assessment operations for a specified group of degrees.


You will ensure the provision of an efficient and professional service to students and academic staff associated with the course working closely with relevant professional and academic staff.

This role will require some evening and weekend work during examination periods.


Person Specification:


You will have experience delivering good customer service, as well as building strong relationships with students and academics, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and multi-task during busy periods.

Able to work within a busy environment and to work on your own initiative whilst maintaining attention to detail.


You will also have a good understanding of working within higher education environment and have proficient IT skills to communicate effectively through written correspondence and create spreadsheets and statistics.
