I am pleased to be supporting one of our well-established manufacturing clients, who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their small local team.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of the strategic HR plan, provide best practice advice and guidance to management and cover a range of generalist duties.
The ability to add real value to the organisation throughout a period of transformationGreat benefits including Annual leave entitlement which increases with tenure.
Roll out HR Strategy, Culture and Policy with a focus on Employee Engagement
Leading on Succession Planning, Recruitment, Performance and Training Initiatives
Managing ER cases, maintaining Trade Union Relationship and ensuring legislative compliance and best practice
2-3 years' experience in a similar HR role or at an Advisor Level
