    The Wealth Management (WM) Data Strategy, Enablement & Governance Team is responsible for ensuring the appropriate utilization of data and the management of records across WM, including the use of top-quality data/records in regulatory and key management reporting.

    The Wealth Management Records Coordinator role is responsible for governing records management across all WM LOBs. The role is accountable for executing key program initiatives that align to the Enterprise Global Records Management (GRM) policy & standards and ensuring LOB adherence

    Job expectations include supporting the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation, and building out actions plans and milestones.

    Leads the assessment of the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards
    Performs monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation
    Leads the implementation of optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts
    Manages the performance and productivity of team members that conduct quality inspection reviews
    Ensures timely execution of QA activities including control execution, case management, and results reporting
    Manages and reviews all operations front line unit responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews
    Ensures accuracy of data and that relevant information is captured for inspection metrics to support governance for dashboard reporting
    Manage Designated Third-Party Access (D3P) vendor relationship, invoicing, and annual testing
    Conduct onboarding and training for the WM GRM Governance Program
    Support office consolidation/de-cluttering initiatives, including engagement with external vendors
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    ~7+ years of experience in a financial services role
    ~ Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point, and performing database queries
    ~ Ability to adjust and react with optimism and professionalism to multiple demands and shifting priorities
    ~ Proficient in project management and presentations

    Records management experience
    Legal/regulatory background, including knowledge of broker-dealer books and records requirements
    Familiarity with Wealth Management (Merrill, Private Bank, RPWS, ISG) businesses, processes, and systems
    Controls Management

    Strategy Planning and Development
    Data and Trend Analysis
