Lisa Wright Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Consultant to work for a well-known retailer based in Northampton.

This is a great opportunity for a sales professional who is self-motivated, and target driven.
The company offer a basicsalary (£25,000) with a competitive
uncapped commission.

Senior Sales Consultant duties will include:

  • Become familiar with the company product range and associated selling points
  • Ensure products are displayed to a high standard
  • Provide specialist advice and knowledge to customers
  • Ensure stock is ordered, received and stored
  • Offer support and guidance to other Sales Consultants
  • Oversee the store in the Manager's absence
To be considered for this Senior Sales Consultant role you will need:

  • A passion for sales
  • Outstanding rapport building skills
  • A proven track record in retail sales
  • The ability to confidently overcome objections
  • To be selfmotivated
  • A flexible approach to work

This role includes:

  • Regular weekend working with
    days off in the week.
