Description

Good understanding of how the CRM work areas are organized and how the entire CRM lifecycle of an organization works.

Also, good knowledge of the Activity Management module of CRM.
Good knowledge of the entire lifecycle of the S2P process – Discovery to Order placement to Order fulfilment to Warehouse management to Shipping & Post-sales followup
Good knowledge of the Finance module - Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger & Asset accounting.
Warehouse operations - Receiving, Putaway, Replenishment, Inventory Management, Shipping.
Expertise on the entire testing lifecycle on MSD projects, including all the below stages.

• Requirement & Solution Analysis, Test Scope Definition
• Test Execution and Defect Management
• Raising timely risks and issues
• Providing UAT support

Experience using Test Management tools such as JIRA or Microfocus ALM
Have continuous access to and work with Senior Testing Specialists and Practice Experts
