PART TIME BOOKKEEPER OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a market leading property management company located within the Teesside area. This client has properties located throughout the north east in both a commercial and residential setting.

What will you be earning? The rate of pay for this position is £25k based on working a 30hour week.

CLIENT DETAILS

Our client has been a market leading business for over 30 years based in Teesside and operating all over the north east. Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team on a permanent basis operating on a flexible contract in terms of thehours you work

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE?

You will be operating as the bookkeeper/accounting technician
You will be required to work within a small team in an office in the Teesside area
Tasked with regularly liaising with external accountants on accountancy and Vat issues
Good workingknowledge of Sage accounting software will be required
Sales ledger, purchase ledger and nominal ledger postings/reconciliations will be required within this role
You will be required to display good levels of workingknowledge in respect to Microsoft suite (Word, Excel etc)
Payroll knowledge is desirable but not essential
CIS knowledge is desirable but not essential
Project accounting is desirable but not essential
Bank reconciliations and cashflow management
Quarterly online Vat returns and Vat annual adjustment calculations
