About the role:


We have a great opportunity for a hardworking, committed individual to join our HR Operations team in our Birmingham Office on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover as a HR Coordinator.

As a multi-skilled member of the HR Operations team you will be required to provide timely, high quality and effective HR support services across all areas of the firm, and to the wider HR team.

About you:


We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude to driving work to completion, a passion to provide an excellent service and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment.

Previous experience in a customer focused or administrative background has proven to demonstrate a core skill set adaptable to the requirements of this role.

To this role you will bring excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint with an interest in HR.

You are providing a service to all individuals within the firm and so therefore will need to ensure a strong commitment to driving to continue to develop and implement an efficient service to the firm.
