Position Overview:

As the General Manager, you will oversee all venue operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, creating innovative menus, training, and developing staff, and maintaining a welcoming ambience.
Oversee daily operations and long-term growth strategies.
Take accountability for an incoming goods and stock inventory.
Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.


Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry to Assistant Manager/General Manager level.
