    Role:

    Site Services Manager Location:
    Southampton

    Directly lead, manage and drive forward the technical service offering of the Southampton/South Coast Engineering team as the primary point of contact with clients, understanding their requirements, aims, schedules and processes to ensure full- and on-time delivery of services and contractual obligations while maintaining best working practices.

    A member of the Southampton/South Coast Management team accountable for customer communication, monitoring and understanding customer service levels and contractual responsibilities, such as TCO, RCA, specific reporting and quoting progress.

    Responsible as line manager for the dedicated site teams, project engineers and work/project deliverables.
    Key role in the quotation and estimating of costs and selling price for site and project work.

    Clear focus on health and safety management and encompassing direct responsibility for the site services teams and project delivery.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting on the progress of projects to senior management
    Full technical understanding of rotating equipment repairs and previous working experience within the water industry is strongly desired
    Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.Takes responsibility for actions, projects and people
