    Description

    Are you a Technical Services, Facilities Management, Engineering professional who can manage all projects for a multi site operation?

    John Ashley Recruitment are seeking to appoint this person in the first instance for our client.

    Key Responsibilities

    ·Contractor management for small routine maintenance activities to larger multisite project work.

    ·Facilities Management, lead setup and run site services across all sites.

    ·Project Management, manage multiple projects across all 13 sites including CDM.

    ·Systems, manage and operate CMMS and Project Management software/systems.

    ·Technical lead for the Business Unit.

    ·Deliver tactical and long-term projects to reduce utility consumption, improve working environment and manage the installation, commissioning of equipment.

    ·Responsible for all projects related to building assets, infrastructure and M&E equipment for all sites.

    ·Overseeing multiple projects, tasks and maintenance activities simultaneously.

    ·Making informed decisions for all projects related to the sites and troubleshooting technical issues.

    ·Reactive to dealing with unexpected challenges and issues and be able to quickly identify problems, analyse the situation, and implement effective solutions.

    ·Negotiate, procure and authorise budgets relating to project delivery to meet optimal cost efficiency measures.

    ·Ensure all project and maintenance work meets the highest quality standards and complies with regulations and safety standards.

    Key Personal Attributes

    ·Good Communication, develop good relationships with all site Managers and give them confidence that all work will be seamless to the site operations.

    ·Manage and prioritise work in a Dynamic Operational environment.

    ·Personal and hands on leaderships to get things done.

    ·Self driven and autonomous working style.

    ·Qualified to HNC in Electrical, Mechanical, Building or FM field.

    ·Excellent knowledge of asset management and planned maintenance systems and protocols.

    ·Have a passion for delivering high standards in all work carried out continuously improving the sites.
