London - Hybrid, 3 days a week in office
£61,800 - £65,900 per annum
My high-profile banking client is looking for a Confidentiality Associate to work in their Confidentiality Agreements team in London. You will be helping with confidentiality agreement
requests currently conducted by the Global Credit Loan Trading business and their clients. The role is on a hybrid basis of a 3 days in the office, working 35 hours per week.


Tasks:

You will be accountable for creating, negotiating, and agreeing confidentiality agreements directly with sales desks and clients.

Work closely with other internal teams i.e., Legal, Conflicts or Compliance on document negotiations or asset information disclosing.

Comprehensive review of public vs. private side asset information documents to ensure compliance with internal info disclosing eligibility criteria.


Maintain online disclosing database (SyndTrak) with public or private side asset information and regular review of relevant internal and external client access expiry to our workspaces.

Accountable for ensuring documents bare executed within a timely manner or before deadlines.

Log all signing requests on register and keep related correspondence on allocated drives.

Preparation of frequent reports and statistics for the trading desks or management.

Report and escalate information access breaches to management, Compliance and Legal.

Be aware of operational risk and the ability to self-identify opportunities to improve/reduce risk exceptions.

Opportunity to provide help to the wider Global Markets Loan Operations team


Requirements:

Presentable, self-assured and client focused.

Ability to conduct discussions with stakeholders and clients in a poised manner whilst maintaining compliance and risk policies of the Bank

Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds

Able to manage own time and know when to escalate

Familiarity with cash management products, global markets, trade finance and correspondent banking would be an advantage

Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines in a demanding environment

Good Microsoft Office skills
