Fram are working with a reputable wealth management firm with a proven track record of high client retention. They have a strong financial planning and investment team in place, but due to growth they are seeking an additional member of the Investment Team. The role is to report to the Head of Investment and help lead on all aspects of the firm investment management service to clients. The investment opposition is based on a quantitative model driven process which is the cornerstone of their investment proposition. It would be to work with the Financial Planners to help growth through effective investment management.

Overall Portfolio Management responsibilities:

• Decisions on discretionary allocations across wrappers and instruments based on target allocations considering of tax, transaction costs and clients' liquidity needs.
• Execution of trades in a concise and timely manner.
• Consider tactical asset allocation strategies.
• Provide relevant commentary on the performance of client plans included in quarterly reports and investment reviews.
• Support financial planners and their clients with investment strategies in equity, gilt, bond markets etc.
• Produce regular client communications on macro-economic environment, market trends and how these inform our investment views and tactical/strategic ideas.
• Lead on the refinement of investment processes and work collaboratively with colleagues on investment research projects.
• Provide investment expertise and commentary in presentations in major pitches and client meetings.

An ideal candidate will be an experienced investment manager preferably Level 6, with substantial personal pension investment experience and a deep investment knowledge across multiple asset markets and pensions. A fast learner with strong work ethic and excellent presentation and client influencing skills.
