_Commercial Manager - Luxury Developer_


My client are a multi award winning luxury new homes developer, building high quality residences located throughout London, Surrey and Hampshire.

They have forged a high calibre team and developed a business with a very bright future.


Their projects predominantly range from high quality residential new builds of up to 10 single bespoke properties, to multi-unit luxury apartment developments, all based in affluent locations.


They are a development arm of a well-established, successful holding company, with dynamic subsidiary corporations operating across a range of sectors located in the UK and overseas.


They are currently seeking a Commercial Manager, to oversee their commercial team and assist on a number of exciting upcoming projects.


Current projects include the construction of 5 high spec properties within a 27 acre estate and 10x units made up of luxury barn conversions and high spec new build detached properties, both located in Surrey.


This is a great opportunity to attain a position with a growing company, working on projects of a very high quality.
