    The Electrical Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of their electrical projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality throughout all stages of the process.

    This individual will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating schedules, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers

    Project Management:

    • Oversee all aspects of electrical projects from initiation to completion.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the management team.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    Lead and motivate the electrical team to achieve project objectives.


    • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.


    • Regularly communicate project progress, milestones, and updates to clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
    Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for projects.


    • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies as needed.

    Health & Safety Compliance:

    • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and accidents on-site.

    A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a similar role for an M&E Contractor, with a proven ability to manage workloads and effectively track project progress.

    The salary on offer for this role is £70k-£85k+package,depending upon previous experience.
