Role Purpose


The Recruitment Administrator manages the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that their experience is speedy, logical and professional so that delays to their anticipated start dates is avoided.

This is a Fixed Term contract role for 6 months.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the recruiters to administer tests as part of the selection process
  • Undertake any simple, routine background checks that cannot be performed by our external Employment Checks partner so that recruiters can progress the hiring process.
  • High attention to detail with a proven track record in administration and recordkeeping
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly effective organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Able to thrive with a smile under pressure, juggling multiple demands and tasklists
  • Able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders including senior managers
