You must be passionate and willing to promote a high-quality care service as the basis of the department's philosophy whilst supporting patients and their needs.

This post is for a qualified nurse who wants to further their experience and skills in nursing.

The post holder will be expected to demonstrate good clinical skills and will be responsible for individualised care of patients.

They should be able to assist witheducation and supervision of learners. Be able to supervise and co-ordinate other staff as appropriate. Take charge of the ward or department in the absence of the person who has continuing responsibility.
