A leading Commercial Law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing team within their Liverpool office.

The Role:

You will be working alongside a team of leading Property Lawyers, assisting with a variety of matters to include sale and purchase of leasehold and residential properties as well as re mortgaging and re financing.

Positions are sought in both the home ownershipteam and residential conveyancing team.
You will ideally have 2 years plus previous experience dealing with Residential Conveyancing matters.

You will be well organised, have excellent attention to detail and work well both individually and as part of a team.
