Our 2025 Birmingham Training Contact - Healthcare
Our Training Contact will be the start of an exciting and successful career in a global law firm.

At Kennedys, you will gain early responsibility and client contact developing you into an excellent solicitor, capable of running your own caseload once qualified.


Throughout the two year Training Contract, you will be supported by senior solicitors and partners to develop you into a competent, confident and commercially driven lawyer.


Team


Our Healthcare team advise the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims.

The team advise on medical insurance coverage, health law advice, and regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews.

The team have a presence across our London, Sheffield, Cambridge, Birmingham and some of our global offices.


Clients

  • NHS Healthcare clients
  • Independent hospital groups
  • Practitioners.

To be considered for the Training Contract, you will need:
To have completed a law degree or a non-law degree and the GDL/PGDL.
