    A luxury French beauty brand is on the hunt for an E-retail Trade Marketing Executive to be based in London.

    As E-retail Trade Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for building and executing this e-retailer's plans to grow the desirability, sales and profitability of the company.

    An overview of your responsibilities:

    Marketing and General Marketing Support

    • Ensure all key trading moments are well executed within a 360-market activation plan.
    • Liaise with the Global Creative team to have assets created for all agreed trade activations.
    • Support E-Retailer Manager to build engaging product pages and with the launch of new e-retailer openings.
    • Work with the Global Creative team to ensure assets are made available.
    • Manage critical paths for all NPD launches.
    • Submit all necessary assets and new line forms in line with new launches.
    • Support E-retail Manager with arranging GWP and sampling send outs.
    • Support UK marketing team in the management of the company's marketing plans.
    • Support Senior Marketing Manager with digital components of any third party campaigns.

    Brand Performance and Sales and Stock Monitoring

    • Review online stock position with all online retail partners.
    • Compile weekly reports of online retail stock to all relevant stakeholders.
    • Monitor retailer trade and promotional activity reporting.
    • Monitor daily online e-retailer and ensure the brand is correctly represented.

    Assets and Brand Optimisation

    • Ensure the brand image is correctly represented across the E-retail landscape.
    • Create quarterly E-retailer review with focus on brand audit.
    • Review asset packs provided by the Global Creative team and update online retail sites.
    • Send product samples for retailer shooting, for both core and novelty focuses.
    • Competitor analysis on best-in-class Brand Spaces and PDPs.

    Our ideal candidate is someone with 1-2 years of experience in either e-retail or marketing and a strong interest in the beauty industry is a plus. You'll need to be comfortable with keeping up-to-date with online marketing trends and data analysis. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and strong attention to detail are a must. You're a flexible team player with a positive attitude. You are creative, self-motivated, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
