    Field Service Technician, £32-38k + Company Car, Laptop, Mobile Phone My client is an established Service Maintenance and Repair company specialising in Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Xerox Print Machines and Finishing equipment. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Production Print Technician who possesses a high degree of skill and experience in the maintenance and repair of document imaging products. Covering the South of England Region, the ideal person will be based in or around Reading as a number of main customer sites are in the area. Key Responsibilities will include:
    • Travelling to customer premises and provide a technical service, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. To ensure that customers receive a satisfactory service in line with the agreed service level agreement.
    • Maximise revenue by identifying potential business opportunities, whilst carrying out day to day duties.
    • Manage and control vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers and minimise stock loss.
    • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner particularly in front of clients.
    • Provide in-house training to other member of staff or new team members as and when appropriate.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering.
    • Konica Minolta PP trained.
    • Must have networking knowledge.
    • Good product knowledge.
    • Print production with Firey experience is essential.
    • Proven Fault finding techniques.
    • Knowledge of company and service procedures.
    • IT literate.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.
    • Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
    • Proactive and hands-on you must be confident in dealing with customers face to face and have an analytical mind set with excellent organisational skills.
    • Full UK Driving Licence.
    You must be UK based and live within a commutable distance of the where the position is located.
