The Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the EA across the broader Tech Leadership Team (TLT) which could include planning, event coordination and activities across the function
  • Develop, implement, and improve the Technology processes using Signavio and ensure accurate, up to date SOPs
  • Compliance management of all Technology Purchase Orders across Sysco GB including goods receipting in the core ERP systems
  • Liaise with the VMO team on contracts and actively support the monthly reviews ensuring PO's raised in advance of the spend incurred
  • Acting as the Technology escalation point of contact for all AP queries relating to PO's and invoices
  • Develop and manage a central tracker to ensure all reviews are complete with all new hires
  • Develop and manage central tracker of all learning and development undertaken by the Technology team
  • Keep accurate and compliant Contractor records in what can be a fastpaced environment
  • Compile reports and dashboards as necessary and requested by the Technology Leadership Team e.g. responsibility to collate and distribute the Technology Balance Scorecard
  • Minuting and taking of actions from conferences and key team meetings. Act as the Communications champ for Technology and ensure key business wide messages are disseminated and filter down to all of the functional colleagues
  • Support as and when required on Sysco GB Tech projects

Knowledge, skills, experience, and competencies
As an Office Coordinator, you will need to be Highly proficient in Microsoft packages, including Powerpoint, Word, and Excel.

You will also hold strong communications skills, both written and verbal while understanding the importance for detail, organisation and trust while dealing with senior members of the leadership team

You will need excellent prioritisation skills to balance key priorities which will build trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances
