What We're Looking For:

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate Cover Supervisors in Northampton who are committed to safeguarding within the classroom.

Requirements for the role:

Educated to Degree level is desirable.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Enthusiastic, passionate, and a genuine love for teaching / working with children.
Passion for supporting students, including those with SEN, and a commitment to their wellbeing and development.
Ability to adapt and respond to the individual needs of students.
Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Being solely responsible for the classroom and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
Providing support to students, answering questions, and assisting with their understanding of the lesson material.
Collaborating with other teachers and school staff to ensure a seamless educational experience for students.
Completing administrative tasks related to the role, such as taking attendance and reporting on student behaviour.
