    You'll be instrumental in helping grow the Sama team, both internal and associate coach roles, ensuring every hire is a great addition to our amazing team.


    Building relationships :

    Your knack for building rapport will be put to the test as you will be proactively sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, and communicating outcomes and feedback to candidates.

    You will also be building relationships with key networks and organizations, to facilitate sourcing of great candidates.

    You will also facilitate feedback loops between Sama and the coaches to ensure we continue to deliver high-quality support to our clients and coaches.

    Be focused on finding the best people to join the Sama team as employees and associate coaches, to ensure we deliver excellence for our clients Onboard new coaches by facilitating induction sessions and training around the Sama approach, the product and best practices.

    Be the go-to point of contact for candidates, managing relationships from application/outreach through onboarding Actively monitor recruiting targets, pipeline, data reporting and analytics to regularly review with hiring managers and cofounders Identify new sourcing opportunities and liaise with the broader team to leverage networks and referrals Collaborate and share insights cross-functionally to continually improve our processes and maintain an excellent candidate experience What you'll need to succeed:

    A minimum of 2-5 years experience in either an HR or Recruiting role, and have led the recruitment process from start to finish to deliver strong results.

    Experience using an ATS (Workable preferable). Strong ability to set, meet, and exceed KPIs and performance goals. Comfortable working with data, reporting on performance metrics, spotting trends, and proactively identifying opportunities. A strong belief in the importance of building a diverse and inclusive culture. Additional languages a plus, French in particular. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or other relevant field would be advantageous. bonus Remote working model, based in Europe, some travel may be required. Regular training and development.
