Up to £28k, depending on experience

Permanent, Hybrid - 1 day working from home


The CRM Executive Role:


Reporting into the CRM Manager, the CRM Executives role will be to build and implement e-communications aimed at improving existing customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.


Responsibilities of the CRM Executive:


  • Working with the Commercial, Marketing, Film and Retail Teams on adhoc campaigns and marketing automations for specific customer segments and business objectives
  • Analysing customer segments and the business impact of executed ecomms
  • Ensure integrity of client & customer data is upheld and adheres to privacy laws & best practice codes of conduct
  • Support departmental projects as required

The ideal CRM Executive:


  • Analytical in approach with the ability to report on results in a clear and concise way
  • Creative in the ability to understand what creative works well as well as the ability to problemsolve
  • Understanding of digital media communications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Hands on approach and willing to pitch in when needed
  • Team player who is willing to collaborate
  • Enthusiastic and well organised selfstarter, with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible in approach and keen to learn and grow in the role
  • Working to tight deadlines and willingness to go beyond the call of duty
  • Highly resultsdriven and commercially aware to ensure all activity can be measured for its ROI
  • Enthusiastic and confident with a high degree of professional integrity

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
