    Your roleIn the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.

    You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.

    As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.

    You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

    Required15+ years of experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of Domain Architect, Solution Design, Technical Delivery, E2E Architect.

    Experienced in the areas of OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers which can enable effective capturing of requirements within Service AssuranceUnderstanding on telecom OSS with experience in standard design tools Design Patterns, UML, BPMN, SOA etc.

    Experience in designing on Service Fulfilment, Assurance, Inventory, Activation, Middleware, Interfaces (one or many) at telecom projects and rolloutCandidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices like eTOM, TNA, SID, ITIL, IEEE etcUnderstand the overall OSS/BSS landscape with entire application stack.

    Knowledge of web API's, SOAP, REST architecture.

    Should possess lead qualities and must have experience in leading team of consultants / designers to achieve stated project / program goals.

    Should have experience in defining the process, business requirements and system requirements in areas of Telecom service assurance process.

    Should be able to engage with multiple stakeholders like Business, SI partners and System owners to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirementsAnalyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirementsShould be able to groom the team membersCandidate should possess cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently.

    PreferredExperience in working on RFP for mid-size and large deals.
