    Our client is one of the UK's leading workplace technology companies, providing industry leading solutions focused on achieving greater automation, productivity and efficiency for their SME and Enterprise clients.

    In this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market reach for the company's SaaS solutions.

    The successful applicant will assume responsibility for:

    • Developing and executing channel partner strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
    • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, including VAR's, Systems Integrators and Consultants
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners
    • Driving partner enablement initiatives, including training programmes, sales tools, and marketing to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and support the company SaaS solutions
    • Monitoring and analysing partner performance, pipeline, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
    • Continuously assessing and improving the partner programme effectiveness, making recommendations for enhancements and adjustments as needed
    • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote company solutions and build relationships within the partner ecosystem

    Candidates will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:

    • Proven track record of success in channel partner management, preferably within the SaaS industry
    • Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders across different functions and levels
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
    • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights in to actionable plans
    • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and willingness to travel across the UK as needed
