- Ensure projects and objectives remain on track to the original scope of intent.
- Concise data driven reports to senior leadership at each gate exit review.
- Regular contact with the production teams to ensure alignment of priorities.
- Proven experience with the general application of electrical mechanical engineering.
- Process data collection.
- FMEA, PFMEA, DFMEAs (Design for manufacture).

CNC Recruitment is looking to recruit a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our prestigious client in Yeovil, a globally recognised, profitable and respected company, specialised in providing high quality engineered photonic solutions for use in harsh environments.
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will liaise with stakeholders to influence the successful design and planning of manufacture.You will determine equipment and tools needed for the team to achieve manufacturing goals to the customers specifications and companies' high-quality standards.
You will optimise productivity by analysing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods and production output. Support daily production activities and keep the flow of production moving smoothly.Monday to Friday, day shift, 8.Ensure new products are deployed into manufacturing using data driven repeatable process methods.
