  • With a good understanding of customer profiling, you will create appropriate targeting segments using integration insights.
  • You will play a pivotal role in building and sending newsletters using our intuitive drag and drop software.
  • Collate reporting and key data points for stakeholders across the business to support decision making and strategic objective setting
  • Support and educate colleagues across the business on general CRM principles, developing and sharing insights and embedding best practices and how to use our various platforms and reporting tools.
  • Help to map out and execute suitable triggers for automated campaigns to support different customer life stages, then building complex targeting journeys to satisfy those customer life stages
  • Help to deliver against set CRM priorities by working crossfunctionally with editorial, product, data, analytics, marketing and legal teams to ensure confident execution of campaigns
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask is imperative to ensure effective delivery of a large volume of accurate marketing campaigns
  • Experience of delivering successful direct and digital marketing campaigns, ideally in a media environment
  • A good understanding of the customer and a desire to create customer loyalty in everything you do
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organisation and between teams.
  • Confident using cloud office solutions such as Google Workspace.
  • A selfstarter with a cando, willdo attitude
