JOB DETAILS


A Structural Warranty Provider seeks a Building Surveyor to oversee construction of traditional housing and low-rise apartments in Bristol, Newport and the wider South West area.

£40,000 starting salary, company car, comprehensive healthcare scheme, chartership funding where required, with the opportunity for career progression.


Responsibilities:


  • Inspect construction / conversion of properties for structural warranty compliance
  • Provide quality assessments, report on defects, structural faults and recommendations
  • Schedule workload and ensure efficiency during site visits
  • Record inspections and relay findings to customers as required
  • Advise the underwriting team on technical queries
  • Balance insurer and client expectations

Requirements:


  • Relationship management
  • Problem solving capability
  • Foundations to completion site experience
  • Degree/ NVQ Level 6 qualified
