Description

This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with talent, negotiating contracts, and securing opportunities for clients in various projects and productions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the entertainment industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of talent representation in Film, TV, and Theatre.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a roster of actors, directors, writers, and other entertainment professionals in Film, TV, and Theatre.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent, understanding their career goals, aspirations, and preferences, and working closely with them to achieve success.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for talent in Film, TV, and Theatre projects, including auditions, casting calls, script readings, and industry events.
• Provide guidance and support to talent throughout their careers, offering advice on career trajectory, project selection, and professional development.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a talent agent or talent manager, with a focus on representation in Film, TV, and Theatre.
• Strong network within the entertainment industry, with existing relationships with talent, casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals.
• Proven track record of securing opportunities and negotiating contracts for talent in Film, TV, and Theatre projects.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex deal structures and agreements.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives forward.
