    We are recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Advisor with fantastic attention to detail and broad experience to work with our global client in the Middlesbrough area.

    This is a permanent full-time role with a salary of £35-£40,000 per annum and a variety of benefits including healthcare

    This is a hybrid position with 3 days required in the office per week

    This role is varied and will allow you to develop and get exposure to a broad range of HR activities. Critical to your success is your ability to proactively build and maintain positive and effective relationships with key stakeholders across the company.

    You will work closely with the Senior HRBP to provide operational HR support across the site including supporting all levels of operational management regarding the full Employment Life cycle.

    • Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on all HR and Employee Relations issues
    • Support managers in implementing HR policies and practices effectively
    • Manage day to day HR issues, as well as ER cases to ensure that employees and managers are supported, and any performance issues are resolved
    • Ensure accurate records of employment and personnel data are maintained.
    • Produce HR KPIs, management reports and documentation on employment data such as absence, disciplinary, remuneration and recruitment.
    • Monitor and provide training and coaching to management to control absenteeism and workforce turnover
    • Support the Senior HRBP working on key projects, such as the Wellbeing and DE&I agendas.
    • Drive any local or organisational changes such as re-structures or reviews with guidance
    • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and manage the onboarding processes for new starters
    • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are in line with employment legislation requirements

    The Skills you will bring to the team

    • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
    • Strong HR administration (including MS Office and internal systems) and advisory experience working within a fast paced business environment.
    • Attention to detail and committed to quality.
    • The ability to communicate with and build strong relationships with stakeholders in HR and across the organisation.
    • Drive to find a better way and improve HR processes.
    • Have the ability to prioritise workloads
    • Knowledge of HR policy and employment legislation.
    • The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Payroll experience would be desirable
    • Experience of working within a fast paced or manufacturing environment would be desirable
    • The ability to prioritise your workload with changing demands
