I am representing my client for the role of a Peripatetic Nurse Manager to work across a range of nursing homes.

Job role:

• Monday – Friday (9-5).
• Developing Policies and procedures.
• Completing staff supervision.
• Working within budgets and allocated funding.
• Providing high quality care.
• Meeting standards for RQIA and maintaining these standards.
• Supporting a staff team of nurses and completing appraisals and supervisions.
• Liaising with families and careers.
• Delivering high standards and best practice of care.

Essential Criteria:

• 5 years post registration experience.
• 2 years or more as a Deputy Nurse Manager.
• Active NMC Pin.
• Experience working in care home settings.
• A full current driving license.
• Access to your own vehicle.
