£23,114 - £23,893 per annum


We have an exciting opportunity for two Operations Assistants to provide an excellent operational support at Walsall Arena and Arts Centre.


As someone who has the confidence and motivation to work on your own initiative and will also work as part of a team with good organisational and interpersonal skills.


Your role will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact and provide a reception/box office service
  • Assist with meetings/conference room set up and provide support to organisers
  • To work on evening and weekend shows and events
  • Work as part of a team on operational delivery of services at Walsall Arena

For this role:

  • You require good numeracy/literacy skills
  • First Aid at Work (qualification to be attained within the first 6 months of employment)
