Role;

  • Contribute to the development of the short, medium
- and long-term People Plan, including the delivery and implementation.

  • Line Manager the Corporate HR team, including recruitment, appraisals, absence & performance management, disciplinary of the team.
  • Provide expert advice on operational HR matters, including employee relations and change management issues that can be highly complex, highly emotional and highly sensitive.
  • Through the identification of the most appropriate data sources, analyse and interpret complex data and tailor advice and recommendations to support the business decision making processes, e.g. absence, grievance, disciplinary
  • Manage highly complex cases directly and support the Exec/Associate Directors on these cases and keep AD of HR and Director of Business Services.
  • To take an active role in supporting the Associate Director of HR/OD in the sourcing and winning of additional contracts to provide services to other organisations.
  • Provision of specialist HR knowledge to support the development and implementation of workforce change programmes to enable the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives
