Immediate Start- Contract role
- Salary: Agenda for Change Band 8C £67k £77k
- Location: Remote
Role;
- Contribute to the development of the short, medium
- Line Manager the Corporate HR team, including recruitment, appraisals, absence & performance management, disciplinary of the team.
- Provide expert advice on operational HR matters, including employee relations and change management issues that can be highly complex, highly emotional and highly sensitive.
- Through the identification of the most appropriate data sources, analyse and interpret complex data and tailor advice and recommendations to support the business decision making processes, e.g. absence, grievance, disciplinary
- Manage highly complex cases directly and support the Exec/Associate Directors on these cases and keep AD of HR and Director of Business Services.
- To take an active role in supporting the Associate Director of HR/OD in the sourcing and winning of additional contracts to provide services to other organisations.
- Provision of specialist HR knowledge to support the development and implementation of workforce change programmes to enable the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives
