Junior Estimator - Reactive Works


Operating for over 20 years with an established customer base, Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd are now looking for a Junior Estimator to quote and invoice a variety of small M&E Works.

Working closely with the Reactive and M&E Team, you'll be quoting small works ranging from replacement catering equipment, new boiler installations and a variety of electrical works.

You'll not only be quoting the works but also following the job through to the final invoice stage and dealing with Customers and Suppliers and Operatives.


Typical duties include:


  • Quoting small works from £500 - £5'000 in Mechanical and Electrical Disciplines
  • Communicating with operatives and service co-ordinators to ensure job scopes are understood and priced accurately.
  • Completing invoices for small works from £500- £5000 across a variety of disciplines
  • Assisting call allocators and co-ordinators with quotations and estimates as required
  • Communicating with clients to ensure best value for money

Requirements:


  • A background in bookkeeping or service delivery highly desirable
  • A good affinity for numbers and finance

Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- surveying: 1 year (preferred)
