    A Nationwide company is looking for a Field Service Engineer (Security/Alarms) to join their team based in the North of England.

    The Security Service Engineer will be instrumental in maintaining, servicing, and upgrading a variety of security systems to meet and exceed current standards and customer expectations.

    This role is suited for a technologically adept individual who enjoys problem-solving and is dedicated to delivering outstanding service.

    Maintain CCTV, Fire and Security Systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.


    • Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on a range of security systems, including CCTV, Intruder, Access, and Fire systems, with a focus on leading brands.
    • Respond efficiently to service calls, providing prompt and effective solutions, remotely and in the field.
    • Participate in engineering team meetings, contributing insights and feedback.
    • Pursue personal training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills.
    • Support colleagues and promote a collaborative work environment.
    • Participate in installation project and undertake systems commissioning duties.
    • Experience and comprehensive knowledge in servicing and maintaining security systems, such as:

    CCTV:
    Hanwha, Dahua, Hikvision, Axis, Adpro

    Fire Systems:
    Professional customer service skills and a positive "can-do" attitude.


    • Willingness to participate in a Call Out Rota for remote assistance (pay per call).
    • Strong TCP/IP networking skills and willingness to learn new IT skills.
    • Current Valid and clean driving license (Essential).
    Competitive salary of £35,000 per year.


    • Flexible working hours, Monday - Friday, 8.Call Out Rota participation (remote calls only) with additional compensation per call.
