Kiwi Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join our client, a family company based in the picturesque West Sussex countryside in the role of Customer Service Administrator.
Established in 1986, they have grown from strength to strength and now have a wide customer base whom they supply with a large range of high-quality products.
A successful customer service administrator should provide an excellent customer liaison service as well as being proficient in back-office administration.
Duties to include:
- Liaising between internal and external partners.
- Complaint handling.
- Dispatching of customer orders.
- Following Health and Safety Standards.
- Following the procedures and policies set by the company.
Requirements:
- Self-Motivated.
- Can do and flexible attitude.
- Organisation, multitasking and able to prioritise workload in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented.
- Excellent MS Office skills and IT Literate.
- Knowledge of Xero preferred.
