Kiwi Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join our client, a family company based in the picturesque West Sussex countryside in the role of Customer Service Administrator.


Established in 1986, they have grown from strength to strength and now have a wide customer base whom they supply with a large range of high-quality products.


A successful customer service administrator should provide an excellent customer liaison service as well as being proficient in back-office administration.

The role requires multitasking, prioritising workload and remain calm under pressure.


Duties to include:

  • Liaising between internal and external partners.
  • Complaint handling.
  • Dispatching of customer orders.
  • Following Health and Safety Standards.
  • Following the procedures and policies set by the company.

Requirements:


  • Self-Motivated.
  • Can do and flexible attitude.
  • Organisation, multitasking and able to prioritise workload in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and IT Literate.
  • Knowledge of Xero preferred.
