Sales Associate Responsibilities:


Deliver Exceptional Customer Sales Service:


  • Provide personalised assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Ensure that each inperson customer interaction is positive, memorable, and reflective of their commitment to exceptional service. Customer interactions will take place in pre allocated locations engaging with customers where they live, work or shop.

Accurately Process Sales Transactions:


  • Efficiently handle sales transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing returns or exchanges.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.

Generate, Monitor, and Report Daily Sales Activities:

  • Proactively engage in sales activities to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Keep detailed records of daily sales activities, including customer interactions, sales volumes, and product inquiries.
  • Regularly report sales performance metrics to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Maintain Open, Positive Communication Channels with Customers:

  • Foster positive communication channels between customers and clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer feedback is effectively communicated and addressed.
