Description

Communicate are partnering with a insourcing business following a recent PE-acquisition as they go through their first audit under the new ownership structure.

Initially, the main focus will be the production of a black-scholes share valuation model forthe management's equity shares.


This contract is initally contracted for 6 months with the potential to extend, based in Central London on a hybrid working model.


  • Practice trained, with a strong technical background,
  • Has lead the audit/reporting processes in previous roles,
  • Experience in the production and use of a Black-Scholes model,
  • Immediately available, or becoming available very shortly,
