Our client, a successful architectural practice, with over 50 years of history, and a number of offices across the UK are seeking a talented Senior / Associate Architect to join their expanding London office.

They have a determination to provide a first-classservice, which has generated client relationships across both the private and public sectors.

Our client is currently going through planned expansion, including new appointments within London.

The London team have recently moved to new office space in Shoreditch, and under the direction of their ambitious and forward-thinking leadership, the studioconsequently has an extremely busy pipeline of work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect who would rapidly be considered the number two for the office and has the exiting journey of assisting the office growth.

You will be workingas part of a small team, in a job running / production information capacity, on a range of projects in different sectors using Revit.

For this particular role you will be working on a range of commercial, residential, mixed-use and healthcare projects.


Senior / Associate ArchitectPosition Remuneration

  • Competitive salary (£44,000 £54,000 DOE)
  • Profit related bonus up to £4,500 & professional subscriptions paid for

Senior / Associate ArchitectPosition Requirements

  • Motivated, ambitious, and accountable
  • Ability to work well within a team and autonomously
  • Demonstrate an ability to lead as well as support on projects across varying sectors and work stages with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver work package information
  • Strong understanding of construction detailing and building assembly
  • Skilled in liaising with clients and consultants
  • Minimum 5 years post RIBA part III UK experience
  • Proficient and strong in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations

Senior / Associate ArchitectPosition Overview

  • You will have the ability to deal with multiple projects at varying stages
  • Work within the Commercial as well as Education and Healthcare developments
  • Work alongside internal and external stakeholders
  • Work across all RIBA stages
  • Lead design teams
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
  • Liaise with clients and develop key relationships
