    Inclusion Support Assistant
    Q - Are you a Graduate looking to begin your career supporting Young People?

    An exceptionally high-achieving Secondary School are looking for an Inclusion Support Assistant, to help embody their ethos of "creating not only a school, but a community of pupils, parents and teachers brought together by their shared dedication to doing whatever it takes to achieve success".

    The perfect hard-working, resilient graduate to join their exceptional team As a Inclusion Support Assistant, you will be working alongside pupils with complex behavioural needs who require some additional guidance from a positive and assertive role model You will support with their everyday routine and keep them engaged and motivated to learn in the classroom.

    This is a full time, long-term post, commencing ASAP.

    This is an ideal position for a Psychology/Criminology graduate who is seeking first-hand experience before pursuing a career as a Prison Liaison Officer, Therapist, Counsellor, Youth Mentor amongst others.

    Encourage the development of the students' social skills
    Work within the classroom and in smaller groups to accommodate needs
    Support and comply with the school's safeguarding procedures
    Full-time, long term position starting ASAP
    Located in the Borough of HaveringInclusion Support Assistant - Candidate Specification:
    A 2:1 or a First-class degree from a reputable University
    Genuine interest working with SEN
    Excellent communication skills and willingness to adapt
    Experience in a previous role, or personal experience in SEN is desirable
