    If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you

    We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.

    Meet our service user

    Our service user is a cheerful young boy who lives with his loving family in Norwich, he requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.

    He loves exploring with sensory activities which includes exploring his light up and musical toys. He loves to engage and interact with his family and care team and simply enjoys play time

    Our service user particularly enjoys watching TV, his favourite show is 'Mr Tumble' but he also likes to watch 'Hey Duggee'.

    Throughout the day you will be required to support him to access his interests and favourite activities as well as meeting his care needs, this could include personal care, regular monitoring, mobility support, attending to his clinical care needs when required, and always ensuring his safety.

    Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

    Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Desirable Experience

  • Gastrostomy Care
  • Cerebral Palsy Awareness
  • Epilepsy Management
  • We have the following shifts available;

  • Part Time Days
  • Sundays: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Extra hours available to support alternative care packages
  • Take a look at our pay rates

    Weekdays : £14.50 per hour (£116 approx. per 8 hour shift)

    Saturday : £15.50 per hour (£124 approx. per 8 hour shift)

    Sunday : £15.50 per hour (£124 approx. per 8 hour shift)

    Bank Holiday : £16.50 per hour (£132 approx. per 8 hour shift)
