New Home Sales Executive - Haddington, East Lothian, United Kingdom - Contract Scotland

Contract Scotland has an exciting opportunity for a New Home Sales Advisor to join our dedicated and driven client in the East Lothian area.

Your working week will be Thursday to Monday 10:30am - 5.30pm inclusive with Tuesday and Wednesday as your days off.

You will be delivering excellent customer service and guiding the customer through the 'new homes' purchasing process.

The role itself will involve:

Ensuring that the general presentation of the site and that of the sales complex is maintained to a high standard.

Ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey
Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and site to fully demonstrate the product
Liaise with purchases, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.
Meet and exceed sales targets
As a potential candidate you will have:

Experience of working within a sales environment
Experience of working as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable
Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages)
Excellent presentation skills
Full UK Drivers License
Willing to be flexible in respect to day to day duties and hours worked.
Lone working, dependant on site.
Able to work weekends and bank holidays
