TTI UK distributes Milwaukee and Ryobi products through a variety of channels to retail customersand end users. TTI UK continues to grow in an established and stable market.

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our wonderful Finance team based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday (37.5 working hours per week).

This role will focus on the Accounts Payable ledger and specifically the paperwork in relation to our freight carriers and the associated customs documents.

Alongside side this you will maintain the lease register and carry out further tasks to support otherareas of the Finance department.

Responsibilities:

Overall management of the Purchase Ledger including payment runs and month end reporting
Set up of new supplier and expense accounts
Weekly cashflow input
Maintain the Right of Use Assets (Lease) register (Anaplan)
Maintain customs documentation logs
Purchase requisition/purchase order production
Expenses processing and resolving any related queries (Concur)
Office for National Statistics (ONS) and other statutory reporting
Other adhoc finance duties as required
